Join members of SBCA’s Emerging Leaders Committee as they explore the important distinctions between management and leadership and how they translate to different leadership styles. The seminar will take a deep dive into the challenges of leading from the middle of an organization – where you’ll likely spend the majority of your career – and how your leadership skills can be honed to influence people up, across and down in your company.

The seminar will be led by Jason Ward, California TrusFrame LLC, and Carlin Mueller, Trussway Industries, LLC. The seminar is open to leaders of all ages and experience levels.

Lunch will be served beginning at noon. The seminar will begin promptly at 1 pm.
